The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held in the clubhouse at 7.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 10th December. Please do your best to attend this important meeting.

   4. Treasurer’s Report and Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30th September 2024
4. Vote on the proposal that the 2023/24 Annual Financial Statements be accepted and adopted
5. Vote on the proposal that the Annual Financial Statements for 2024/25 be prepared without a full audit by Jim Venn, who has expressed his willingness to act
6. Elections of Officers
7. Elections of Management Committee members
8. Discussion and vote on membership subscriptions for the forthcoming membership year
