The aim of the Saturday Morning Group Arranged Play is to provide a couple of hours of tennis between 9.00 and 11.00 on Saturday mornings with no waiting time between or before games. To facilitate this, the players for each week are arranged beforehand; turn-up and play is not available. Players must arrive promptly at 9 o'clock and be available to play until 11 unless replaced by another player part way through the session.
In order to ensure an even number of players, players are listed in the order they signed up to the event. If there is an odd number of players, or more than 12 players have signed up, then the last signed up player(s) must attempt to get another player to make up an even number of 12 or less, turn up after 10.15 to mix in after the first two sets, or withdraw from the event.

There will be a Management Committee meeting at 7.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 28th October 2026 in the clubhouse. If you would like something to be discussed at this meeting, please notify a Management Committee member or contact the Management Committee, giving sufficient notice to allow the item to be included on the agenda.
