The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held in the clubhouse at 7.00 p.m. on Monday, 8th December. Please do your best to attend this important meeting.

Agenda

1. Welcome & recording of apologies
2. Confirmation of signing of attendance register
3. Presentation of Annual Reports:
   1. President’s Report
   2. Team Captains’ Report
   3. Coach’s Report
   4. Treasurer’s Report and Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30th September 2025
4. Vote on the proposal that the 2024/25 Annual Financial Statements be accepted and adopted
5. Vote on the proposal that the Annual Financial Statements for 2025/26 be prepared without a full audit by Jim Venn, who has expressed his willingness to act
6. Elections of Officers - Treasurer Dave Egerton and Vice President Peter Plumb are offering themselves for re-election. President Stephen Breslin and Secretary Peter Plumb are standing down and hence those positions are vacant.
7. Elections of Management Committee members - Amy Ellis, Hannah Donnan, Keith Gibbs and Roger Smith are offering themselves for re-election. Mike Armstrong, Mike Baggaley, Andrew Brooke and Iain Cartwright will commence their second year of service.
8. Discussion and vote on membership subscriptions for the forthcoming membership year
9. Presentation of awards
10. Any other business

Nominations for officers and management committee positions should be made on the form on the noticeboard in the clubhouse entrance hall prior to the meeting.
